about

insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. -Albert Einstein.

When I started the production of Stygia, I wanted to do something new, I wanted to work with a singer or a rapper. Since I don't know a lot of people who sing or rap I decide to ''steal'' the voice of my favorite artist using A.I.

This work is an homage to the artists that inspire me everyday, that push me to become better and when it gets hard, that motivates me to not give up.

Being Canadian winter is always tough, but for me it's also a period of nostalgia. The best moment of my life has been happening in winter.
I always reflect when the weather starts to go down. The list of songs is also supposed to reflect this sentiment of reflection, loneliness and hardship.

Stygia was the fifth layer of the Nine Hells of Baator. A vast frozen sea dominated by ice floes and icebergs, it contained the divine realms of Set and Sekolah. It was named after the River Styx, which crisscrossed its entire extent.

The voice sample I've used in my beats belongs to their respective artist. I don't have the rights to use them. I've only used them to show off my work and to show how much they mean to me.

If you love one of the songs, go support their respective artist!

If you love the beats follow shotgun Denis on Spotify, Bandcamp and Soundcloud and stay tune for the next projects!

Mix/Master and Beat composition is from Shotgun Denis

Ive also stolen some parts of the elevator hell from JC3 media music on youtube for the start of the song Big Youth. Sorry... It was fitting perfectly there.
